The team meets each other, as they try to figure out the nebulous threat against their people. The elements of System 4 depart to Picun Kara, where they prepare for crossing the Atacama. In the meantime, they learn of the local struggles, the land-back and land reform movements, ancient Little Guys and how the incumbent government does things.
